Thanks for entering our giveaway! We've kept these terms as short and clear as we can. By entering, you agree to them, so please give them a read.

1. Who's running the giveaway

1.1 The giveaway is run by Gunn Capital Services Pty Ltd (ACN 657 585 067) as trustee for the Gunn Assets Trust (ABN 46 220 491 875), trading as The Zoomies Shop ("we", "us", "our" or "the Promoter"). Our postal address is PO Box 8229, Maroochydore DC QLD 4558 and our website is https://thezoomiesshop.com.au.

1.2 You can contact us about the giveaway at hello@thezoomiesshop.com.au.

1.3 The giveaway is called "The Zoomies Shop Home Alone Kit Giveaway" (the "Giveaway").

2. Meta, Facebook and Instagram

2.1 This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook or Instagram.

2.2 By entering, you fully release Meta Platforms, Inc., Facebook and Instagram (and their related companies) from, and hold them harmless against, any liability connected with the Giveaway.

2.3 Please send any questions, comments or complaints about the Giveaway to us, not to Meta, Facebook or Instagram.

3. When it runs

3.1 The Giveaway opens at 4:15pm AEST on Friday 9 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 1 November 2026 (the "Promotion Period").

3.2 All times in these terms are Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST, UTC+10), which is Brisbane time. Queensland doesn't use daylight saving, so AEST applies for the whole Giveaway. If you live somewhere that's on daylight saving time, please allow for the difference. For example, 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 1 November 2026 is 12:59am AEDT on Monday 2 November 2026 in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra and Hobart, and 12:29am ACDT on Monday 2 November 2026 in Adelaide.

3.3 Entries received after the Giveaway closes won't be accepted. The time an entry is received is the time recorded by Meta's lead form system.

4. Who can enter

4.1 The Giveaway is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over, excluding residents of Western Australia. Entries from Western Australian residents are not eligible and will not be included in the draw.

4.2 You can't enter if you are, or live with, an employee or contractor of the Promoter, or anyone involved in running the Giveaway or choosing the winner.

4.3 We may ask the winner for proof of age, Australian residency and identity before giving them the prize.

5. How to enter

5.1 To enter, during the Promotion Period please do both of these steps:

1. follow @zoomiesshop on Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/zoomiesshop); and
2. fill in and submit the entry form in our Giveaway ad on Facebook or Instagram. You'll need to give your full name, email address, postcode and Instagram handle, answer the other questions on the form, and tick the box agreeing to these terms.

5.2 You must still be following @zoomiesshop on Instagram at the time of the draw.

5.3 Entry is free and you don't need to buy anything. You might pay your usual internet or data costs to use Facebook or Instagram.

5.4 One entry per person. If we receive more than one entry from the same person, email address or Instagram handle, only the first valid entry counts.

5.5 The form also has a separate, optional box you can tick to get marketing emails from us. Ticking it, or not ticking it, makes no difference to your entry or your chance of winning.

5.6 Entries must be your own and made by you. Entries that are automated, made in bulk, made using fake or someone else's accounts or details, or incomplete won't count. We aren't responsible for entries that are lost, delayed or not received because of a technical problem.

6. The prize

6.1 There is one prize: a Home Alone Kit (The Full Goodbye Ritual), which includes one Snuffle Mat, one Puzzle Feeder and one Lick Mat 4-Pack. The prize has a recommended retail price of $109.95 (including GST), which is its price on https://thezoomiesshop.com.au as at 9 October 2026.

6.2 The total value of all prizes in the Giveaway is $109.95 (including GST).

6.3 We'll send the prize to the winner's Australian delivery address. The winner won't be charged anything to receive the prize. The items may arrive in separate parcels. Colours and designs may vary from those pictured.

6.4 The prize can't be swapped for cash. If any part of the prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, we'll replace it with an item of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable laws.

6.5 Enrichment toys are made for supervised use. Please follow the care and safety information that comes with each item.

7. How the winner is chosen

7.1 This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in choosing the winner.

7.2 The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries at 11:00am AEST on Wednesday 4 November 2026 at the Promoter's business premises in Brisbane QLD 4169. The draw will be made using a computer-based random number generator, with each valid entry numbered in the order it was received. Every valid entry has an equal chance of winning.

7.3 After the draw, we'll check that the drawn entrant follows @zoomiesshop on Instagram, using the handle they gave us. If the drawn entry doesn't meet these terms (for example, they aren't following @zoomiesshop at the time of the draw, the handle can't be found or matched, or they aren't eligible), it is invalid and we'll keep drawing at the same time and place until we have a valid entry.

7.4 The draw takes place at private premises, so it isn't open to the public. We'll keep a record of the draw, the follow check, the winning entry and the winner's details, and we'll make these records available to any authorised regulator on request.

8. Telling the winner

8.1 We'll contact the winner by email, and by direct message from our official Instagram account @zoomiesshop, by 5:00pm AEST on Thursday 5 November 2026.

8.2 We'll never ask the winner to pay anything or give us card or bank details. Please ignore any message saying you've won that comes from any other account.

8.3 To claim the prize, the winner needs to reply to our email by 5:00pm AEST on Friday 13 November 2026 with their delivery address and any proof we ask for under clause 4.3.

9. Unclaimed prize

9.1 If the winner hasn't claimed the prize by 5:00pm AEST on Friday 13 November 2026, or we can't verify their eligibility, the prize won't be awarded to them and we'll hold a redraw at 11:00am AEST on Monday 16 November 2026, at the same place and in the same way as the original draw.

9.2 We'll contact the redraw winner by email, and by direct message from @zoomiesshop on Instagram, by 5:00pm AEST on Tuesday 17 November 2026. They'll have until 5:00pm AEST on Monday 23 November 2026 to claim the prize.

9.3 We'll make every reasonable effort to contact the winner and make sure they receive the prize.

10. Announcing the winner

10.1 We'll announce the winner's first name and state (and, with their permission, their dog's name) on our Instagram account @zoomiesshop and on this page within 7 days of the winner accepting the prize, and no later than Monday 30 November 2026.

10.2 With the winner's permission, we may share photos of their dog with the prize on our social media.

11. Your privacy

11.1 We collect your name, email address, postcode, Instagram handle and your answers to the form questions. Meta collects these through its lead form and passes them to us.

11.2 We use your information to run the Giveaway. That means checking your eligibility (including whether you follow @zoomiesshop), choosing, contacting and announcing the winner, sending the prize, and keeping the records the law requires.

11.3 If you ticked the optional marketing box, we'll also add your email address to our mailing list and send you dog enrichment ideas, new arrivals and news from The Zoomies Shop until you unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. If you didn't tick the box, we won't send you marketing emails.

11.4 We don't use your information for any other purpose, and we never sell it. Our service providers (for example Meta, Shopify and our email marketing provider) handle your information for us and may store it outside Australia.

11.6 If you don't give us the information the form asks for, we can't accept your entry.

12. Our rights

12.1 We can disqualify any entry, or anyone entering, if we reasonably believe they have broken these terms, entered dishonestly, interfered with the Giveaway, or behaved in an abusive or offensive way.

12.2 If something outside our reasonable control affects the Giveaway (for example a technical fault, fraud, or a change to Facebook or Instagram), we may change, pause or cancel the Giveaway. Where the law requires, we'll first get written approval from the relevant state or territory regulator, and we'll let entrants know.

12.3 Our decision on the winner is final, as long as it follows these terms.

13. Liability

13.1 Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that can't be excluded.

13.2 Apart from those rights, and to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from entering the Giveaway or from the prize, except loss caused by our negligence or breach of these terms.

14. Other things you should know

14.1 No permit or licence is required for this Giveaway in any Australian state or territory because of its total prize value.

14.2 These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

14.3 If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
